## 1. About Our Store

Sharmate is an online beauty retailer. We operate on a dropshipping model: products are sourced from third-party suppliers and manufacturers and shipped directly from their warehouses to you. We do not manufacture, physically stock, or pre-inspect most products before they ship.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept this business model and the terms specific to it in Section 5 below.

## 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

## 3. Products and Descriptions

- We make every effort to display product details, images, and descriptions accurately. However, because products are sourced from third-party suppliers, slight variations in color, packaging, shade, or labeling (including language on packaging) may occur and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual items may differ slightly due to manufacturer updates, screen display settings, or supplier packaging changes.
- We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the quantity of any product at any time without prior notice.

## 4. Pricing and Payment

- All prices are listed in EUR and are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed, and will notify you before processing if this occurs.
- Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.
- You confirm that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method used.

## 5. Shipping, Delivery, and Dropshipping Disclosure

- **Shipping origin:** Because we source products from overseas suppliers, most orders ship from international warehouses (including China and other regions). Delivery times are typically **7–30** business days, depending on your location and the supplier, and may take longer during peak seasons, customs delays, or public holidays.
- **Order consolidation:** Items in a single order may ship separately from different suppliers and arrive in multiple packages at different times.
- **Customs and import duties:** International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
- **Tracking:** Tracking information will be provided where available. Some economical shipping methods may offer limited tracking visibility.
- **Delays:** We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside our control, but we will assist in tracking down delayed shipments where possible.

- Given the personal-care nature of many beauty products, unopened items with intact seals may be eligible for return within the window stated in that policy.
- Opened, used, or seal-broken cosmetic, skincare, and personal care items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, except where the product is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered.

## 7. Product Safety and Use

- Beauty and personal care products may contain ingredients that cause allergic reactions in some individuals. We strongly recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full use of any new product.
- Product ingredient lists, when available, are provided by the manufacturer or supplier. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please review ingredients carefully before use, or consult a medical professional.
- Discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare provider if you experience irritation, redness, or an allergic reaction.
- We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from misuse, failure to patch test, or undisclosed personal allergies.

Products sold on this Site are cosmetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Any results described on product pages (e.g., "reduces wrinkles," "brightens skin") reflect general marketing claims from manufacturers and may vary by individual. ## 9. Order Cancellations and Changes

- Orders may be cancelled or modified free of charge within **12** hours of purchase, or before the order has been processed by our supplier, whichever is sooner.
- Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed, but may be eligible for return upon delivery per our Return and Refund Policy.
